4. Pricing and Payment

MOASKER currently ships exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Orders are fulfilled through our third-party fulfillment partners located within the United States.

Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days.

Estimated Shipping Transit Time: 5–8 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–11 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles time, PST/PDT as applicable).

Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Orders of $120.00 USD or more: Free shipping.
Orders below $120.00 USD: $15.00 USD flat-rate shipping.

The free shipping threshold is calculated after applicable discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates may vary due to weather, carrier operations, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products purchased directly through moasker.shop.

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving their order.

Return Eligibility

For standard returns, products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition, with original accessories and packaging.

These conditions do not limit eligible claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrect products: MOASKER covers the applicable return shipping costs.
Change of mind or personal preference: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee: $0.00 USD.

Customers must contact our support team to obtain return instructions and the designated return shipping address before sending products back.

Refund Processing

Once an eligible returned item has been received:

Return inspection generally takes 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval.
Banks and payment providers may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. For verified defective, damaged, or incorrect products, applicable original shipping fees will also be refunded.
